Hello and welcome to my fabulous new blog!! My name is Chelsea Beck and I'm a natural light photographer. My style is artistic, fresh, modern, intimate, real...YOU! Simply stated, I love taking pictures! I get so excited about every chance I have to snap photos and am always looking for ways to be unique and creative with what I do. I strive to capture life as it happens. My sessions are laid back and stress free so you can be you, have fun and we can capture those moments you will treasure!

Doug and Jennifer are two of the nicest people I have ever met and I really mean that! They are so in love and I couldn’t be happier for them! Their wedding took place at Westside Christian Church and the reception at the Country Club in Coffeyville, KS. Jennifer also rented and allowed for hour long picture taking at the Brown Mansion after the ceremony. It was wonderful to have that time and I think well worth it! Doug and Jennifer, yor wedding was beautiful and filled with so much love. Thank you for asking me to document it and this time in your lives! Congratulations to you! It was crazy windy at the brown mansion and Jennifer’s veil kept blowing straight up in the air….in fact, right
before this it actually flew off her head and floated away with bridesmaids in pursuit!

Keith and Jennifer are a super sweet couple and I’m honored that they chose me to photograph their wedding! The ceremony took place at Oklahoma Wesleyan in the Fine Arts Chapel with a reception following at the Community Center. They opted for a first look  so we headed to the beautiful rose garden for that! Their blue and yellow wedding colors matched perfectly with the garden…whats funny is Jennifer had never seen the garden, she couldn’t of planned it better! Keith and Jen, CONGRATULATIONS!! its been blast getting to know you! Your wedding was beautiful, Kristen and I had so much fun…thank you for asking us to be a part of it!

Jackson is here and is such a cutie! Click here to see his mama’s maternity pictures we took just last month. His sweet big sister couldn’t be more excited to have a new baby brother, she even got her camera out during the session so she could take pictures of him too…so cute! This stunning bride is getting married in just a few short weeks! I’m super excited to shoot her wedding….we will be doing a first look with her and hubby-to-be in order to do pictures before the ceremony! Lacey, you make a BEAUTIFUL bride!! At the beginning of the session, Kari told me they didn’t want a lot of smile for the camera posed pictures but more candid…no problem, thats right up my alley! Matt and Kari are getting married in October and I’m so thrilled they picked me to photograph their day! They are a super sweet couple and I had a blast roaming around downtown Tulsa with them! Two years ago today Matt and I said I do! The day started out wet but God stopped the rain in time for our outdoor ceremony in the OWU Rose Garden. It was the happiest day of my life and I’m so thankful God brought Matt into my life. He is my soul mate, best friend and biggest supporter. Happy Anniversary Babe, I love you and look forward to many many many more years together!! Ok enough of the mushy stuff :) Onto some of my favorite pictures from our day. Lesli Streets - i really am enjoying your work. thanks for the great blogging. i wanted to ask you a question if you don't mind. i'd like to know what mm lens you use for shots like this and the two other in the post of this couple's photos where you have the same effect of floor to ceiling shot with them as subjects. i have been trying to do a similar shot lately but using my 24-70mm and it doesn't seem to have the same effect. are you wider at say 16 or 18? i just love the look and can't get it. please share if you would. many thanks. lesliMay 27, 2009 - 4:52 pm
